Sgraffito Workshop for Kids in Grades 1st – 6th

Kids can explore scratching their way to discover a rainbow of color. This workshop is offered for students grades 1st-6th from 3:30 – 5:00 on August 11th at The Gallery 119 N. Main Ave. Fallbrook CA. Workshop space is limited so pre-register below.

I acknowledge that these activities involve materials and tools that may pose risks, including but not limited to:

Allergic reactions to art supplies
Stains or damage to clothing
Accidental injuries from misuse of materials

I accept full responsibility for any associated risks.

Waiver of Liability: In consideration of my child’s participation, I waive, release, and discharge the event organizer from any claims arising out of injury, loss, or damage occurring during or in connection with the event.

Medical Authorization: In the event of a medical emergency, I authorize the event organizer to obtain emergency medical treatment for my child if I cannot be reached. I agree to bear any costs incurred.
