FAA Members Exhibition Forms
Members can exhibit original art in all mediums. Monthly shows aren't juried but have ribbon awards by guest judges. Non-members can exhibit during Cash Award Shows (Fall, Spring Show).
Up to three entries are allowed per member and two per guest. See entry fees for size limits. An entry form needs to be filled out. Separate forms are available for diptychs, triptychs or quadiptychs, and special shows. Members can also exhibit jewelry and prints. See the Gallery Gift Shop for more crafts on display.
Besides exhibiting in the monthly show, you can additionally enter artwork in the Addendum Show, or mini show (show within a show). Our Addendum Show themes include Black and White, Skies, Self Portraits, Trees, Clouds,Small Works, Family Show and more!
You must fill out a separate form for each Addendum Show in addition to the regular Monthly Show, additional fees apply.
THE CALENDAR PAGE WILL LIST THE MONTHLY THEME FOR THE ADDENDUM SHOWS.
Every first Saturday after the first Monday from 4-6pm (Spring-Summer) and 3-5pm (Fall -Winter) we have our Exhibition Receptions. Our members bring hors d'oeuvres with light refreshments and we celebrate exhibitors and award winners.

GALLERY DOCENT (gallery sitting) is required of each artist submitting work for a show, either a morning or afternoon shift. Guest artists need to hire a sitter for a fee as well as FAA members who are unable to sit. There will be Gallery docent classes periodically and a manual to refer to at the Gallery Desk. There is a $35 fee to hire a gallery docent, please make arrangements if you can’t sit.

GALLERY MEMBER is an FAA member who has chosen to make a donation of $200 per year for up to three works at the monthly shows. They can participate in 10 monthly shows (Cash Award Shows not included) with 3 entries per show at no additional cost unless work is over 35”. More details are on the Membership Renewal Form. Any unused entries will not carry forward.
ENTRY FEES must be paid on take in day by cash, or online with electronic payment. Fees are determined by the diagonal measurement including frame, for wall hung art and the longest dimension (height, width or depth) including the base for free standing sculpture. “Gallery Members” need only fill out the entry forms. FAA Members $10 per entry under 35” and $15 per entry 35”- 48” + Guest Artists $15 one entry, $25 two entries, 35”- 48” add $5 each. No fee for shrink wraps or cards if you are an FAA member or Gallery Member and have entered the monthly show.
We are now accepting electronic payments for all FAA needs. See the Forms Page for Gallery fees. Make your selection(s) using the drop down menu in the button below. Checks/Cash will be accepted for in-person payments if you prefer at the gallery. Be sure to print, fill in and mail or bring the form to the gallery.

All Mediums include traditional two and three dimensional works plus photography, printmaking, digital art, and jewelry. Also cards and prints for "bins" in the shrinkwrap category.
